I usually have a good experience, but yesterday I was literally waiting in the room for an hour and a half!! I thought about getting dressed and walking out. It wouldn’t have been so bad if at least a nurse came in to check on me to give me an update and tell me what’s going on. My legs were falling asleep so I had to pull them up on the table. I was getting tired. I had things to do. I had errands to run. I did not expect to be there from 10:45 to 1:15. I understand that there’s baby emergencies that’s fine. Send a nurse to either update me or reschedule me!

Office staff friendly and helpful. Dr Ricks explained treatment options way too quickly for first time patient. Left the office somewhat confused even asking for clarification.

I appreciated being told that he was at a delivery and that there would be a wait to set expectations upon checking in. The office staff was pleasant and Dr Ricks was nice and answered all my concerns.

Dr Jon Ricks, Trish and his entire staff are the most incredible, professional, knowledgeable and the Highest of All High GYN Professionals Doctor (plus) a keen knowledge in many other medical fields.
